Registration

Fees for participating in ICoMST 2009 are listed below. The low fee is for registrations received before June 1 2009, whereas the high is for registrations received between June 1 2009 and July 27 2009.

 

The final registration deadline is 27 July 2009.

 

For delegates the registration fee covers:

  • Scientific congress
  • Buffet dinner (August 16, 2009)
  • Buffet dinner (August 17, 2009)
  • Barbeque night (August 18, 2009)
  • Technical tour (August 20, 2009)
  • EU-seminars (August 21, 2009)

 

For PhD students the registration fee in addition to the above also covers participation in the pre-conference PhD course.

 

For accompanying persons the registration fee covers:

  • Buffet dinner (August 16, 2009)
  • Barbeque night (August 18, 2009)

 

Registration fees:

Delegates                                            670 Euros/940 Euros

PhD students and other students            405 Euros/670 Euros

Accompanying persons                          135 Euros

Congress dinner                                     70 Euros

Tour packet for accompanying persons   162 Euros

 

 

In addition to the ICoMST registration you will receive an invitation to become a member of the worldwide network Meat Innovation Group MIG at www.linkedin.com.

 

 

Cancellation

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or e-mailed to ICS A/S and with a reference to a bank account, including the SWIFT Code and IBAN (International Banking Account Number), where a possible refund may be remitted to. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the cancellation is received by ICS A/S.

 

Registration cancellation fees:

Before 27 July 2009: 30% administration fee

After 27 July 2009: no refund should be expected

 

Replacements are welcome.

 

Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departure.  All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
